This is just the second of what is planned to be many, many urban infill projects in Kansas City. As with the first twosquare, this was an effort in restraint. The lot is small and further limited by an easement. Good design prevailed and the result is a home with larger and brighter spaces, more robust amenities, and even more gracious storage than its predecessor and neighbor. Now, if only the porch can make a comeback on the next square.
