The client was relocating and wanted to find a maintenance provided property with room for improvement. Enter 7428, the almost perfect upper level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch plan. Perfect because its listing price was well below that of comparable properties. Almost because its condition was well below that of comparable properties. A base level of design services helped the client arrive at a remodel strategy rooted in the less is more mantra. By removing the walls that enclosed the kitchen, superfluous doors and myriad soffits the condominium was transformed into an open, light filled space that lives much larger than its actual size.
