As firsts go this one was pretty sweet. It offered an opportunity to prove that people value good design independent of style. More importantly the project substantiated long held beliefs that value can be created in Kansas City’s urban neighborhoods and that it can happen one by one with quality infill projects. And most importantly the owners like it, here’s to the next square!
