The buyers joined this rehab process as the bulk of the dirty work on the main level was complete. The kitchen was reconfigured and opened to the living area, new cabinets were installed and years of wall covering and carpet were sent to their final resting place. Seeing the potential of the 1200 s.f. main level but fearing that this might be too much of a down size the buyers asked what could be done. Fortunately we were able to introduce an open stair into the ample living area. A third bedroom/office with a walk-in closet and an additional living area was added to the lower level to satisfy spatial needs. At that point it was simply a matter of personalizing the space with their own lighting, fixtures, and finishes. Take a look at the initial, progress and almost finished photos.
